Based at both Foot Pain Centres of Leeds in Bramhope and Ikley, Jonathan has practised as a Podiatrist for 28 years specialising in Lower Limb Injuries, Sports Medicine, Paediatric and adult Biomechanics, Neurology, Gait analysis and Orthotics. Applying his skills and passion for his profession, he has built up his extensive reputation in the treatment and management of foot pain by working closely with many Leeds GP’s, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors & Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Jonathan’s specialist approach has been met with such enthusiasm over the years that patients travel from all over the country and abroad to consult with him.
Jonathan provided contractual NHS Podiatric services for 14 years in Leeds and Bradford and with a special interest in Foot and ankle Surgery he was the founder of The Yorkshire Foot Hospital in Leeds, the first registered community hospital in the country to provide Outpatient Podiatric Foot Surgery Services.
He has worked with the England Cricket Team and Bradford Bulls Rugby League Football Club as well many running and sports teams all over the Yorkshire area.
For the last 20 years Jonathan has accepted many Podiatric medical students to shadow him in his work providing extra tutorial programmes, some of these students have now become associates at Foot Pain Centres of Leeds.
Jonathan believes in treating the ‘body as a whole’ and therefore adopts very much a multi and inter-disciplinary approach to his practice in the treatment of foot pain and its associated structures,working closely with his colleagues, this dovetail of patient treatment and management he believes greatly enhances successful outcomes for his patients.
Jonathan has practised as a Medico – legal expert in Lower Limb Injuries and Orthotics for over 20 years.

Following graduation from Bradford University in 1998 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy, Rob completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University.
With six seasons with the Otley Rugby Union Football Club’s first team followed by work with the English Amateur boxing association, travelling to Azerbaijan and beyond with boxers such as Amir Khan and George Groves.
Here at Foot Pain Centres of Leeds, Bramhope, Rob believes in a “hands-on” approach to treatment with a strong emphasis on manual techniques including manipulation and soft tissue work followed by a dedicated programme of rehabilitation and exercise.
At the Foot Pain Centres Of Leeds in Bramhope, Rob treats a diverse range of patients, whether they are recovering from surgery or disability or are a top performing athlete in need of care or rehabilitation.

Since her graduation in 1997 from Birmingham University, Cathy has developed her specialist interests in Musculoskeletal injuries of the lower limb, with an avid interest in biomechanics.
At Foot Pain Centres of Leeds in Bramhope, Cathy applies her physiotherapy skills in kinetic control and muscle imbalance in the dual management and treatment role alongside Jonathan, this team approach providing an invaluable skill mix met with much enthusiasm by her patients in providing positive treatment success. Cathy has a keen interest in Sports injuries.

At Foot Pain Centres of Leeds in Ilkley, Liz has a special interest in back and neck pain, acupuncture, trigger points and core stability training. She uses core muscle strengthening to help athletes enhance performance and prevent injury.
Applying her speciality to hip and knee injuries and their relationship to the mechanics of running, Liz very successfully combines her physiotherapy treatment with podiatry with the extensive use of Orthotics.

At the Foot Pain Centres Of Leeds, in Bramhope, Richard practises as a Specialist in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Richard’s working ethos is purely a multidisciplinary approach. He works extensively with Jonathan to provide the best possible care and symptom relief for his patients. Utilising a combination of Physiotherapy treatment and Chiropractic-based techniques alongside Podiatric intervention with the combination Orthotic treatment, it enables him to provide a more rapid recovery for his patients.
Using the most up to date and advanced manual therapy techniques, and dry needling, a westernised approach to acupuncture, it can produce remarkable effects for muscle tightness and myofacial and nerve related pain.

As an extended scope Podiatrist, Dan specialises in all aspects of Musculoskeletal Podiatry, Biomechanics and Orthotic treatment. His extensive experience in Sports Podiatry and further qualification in Musculoskeletal foot and ankle Ultrasonography enables him to provide steroid injection therapy in the management of patients with acute and chronic foot and ankle pain. Dan is a Senior Podiatric Clinician at The Yorkshire Foot Hospital in Leeds based at The Lawrence Clinic and an invaluable member of the Podiatric Surgical team.

Based at Foot Pain Centres Of Leeds in Ilkley, Diane specialises in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. She utilises a wide variety of treatment techniques such as manual therapy, core stability training, acupuncture and Kinesio taping.
Diane has a special interest in the treatment and management of low back and knee pain. Her philosophy of a multidisciplinary team approach with Jonathan, has consistently shown to benefit her work by co -managed treatment with Orthotics.

At the Foot Pain Centres of Leeds in Ilkley, Monica has become an incredible new addition to our team with an extensive working knowledge in biomechanics and its application in Sports exercise and rehabilitation. Her skills in combination with a Podiatric approach utilising the positive effects of Orthotic treatment have shown to reduce recurrent injuries and improve patient postural imbalances, together with Monica’s expertise in Personal training.
